Welcome to 6 Thirty Three Travel. By using our services, submitting payments, or booking travel arrangements through our agency, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

6 Thirty Three Travel acts as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services on behalf of clients with third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, and tour operators.

All reservations are subject to availability and supplier approval at the time of booking.

Quotes are not guaranteed until deposits and/or full payments are received.

Travel pricing is subject to change until confirmed by suppliers.

Prices may change due to:

• supplier rate increases
• airfare fluctuations
• fuel surcharges
• taxes and government fees
• currency exchange changes

Deposits may be required to secure reservations. Payment deadlines provided by suppliers must be met to avoid cancellation.

Unless otherwise stated:

• deposits are non-refundable
• planning and service fees are non-refundable
• late payments may result in cancellation of reservations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility is determined by the individual supplier’s cancellation policies. Refunds, when applicable, may take time to process depending on the supplier.

6 Thirty Three Travel is not responsible for penalties, losses, or additional expenses resulting from:

• cancellations
• weather disruptions
• airline schedule changes
• illness or emergencies
• missed flights or connections
• government restrictions
• natural disasters

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• trip cancellations
• medical emergencies
• travel delays
• lost baggage
• supplier default

Clients declining travel insurance assume full responsibility for any financial losses related to travel interruptions or cancellations.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including:

• valid passports
• visas
• identification
• vaccination records
• destination-specific entry requirements

Names on reservations must match government-issued identification exactly.

6 Thirty Three Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or fees resulting from incorrect documentation or name discrepancies.

6 Thirty Three Travel serves solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• supplier errors or omissions
• airline delays or cancellations
• hotel accommodations issues
• transportation interruptions
• accidents or injuries
• theft or loss of personal belongings
• acts of God
• weather-related disruptions
• political or social unrest

Clients acknowledge that all travel involves inherent risks.

For hosted group experiences, retreats, destination weddings, or special events:

• itineraries are subject to change
• room assignments and roommate requests are not guaranteed
• schedules may be adjusted when necessary

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the experience.

6 Thirty Three Travel reserves the right to remove participants from group experiences without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Photos and videos may be captured during hosted experiences, retreats, or group travel for promotional purposes.

Participation grants permission for 6 Thirty Three Travel to use event-related images and video content on websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

By submitting payment or utilizing services provided by 6 Thirty Three Travel, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
