6 Thirty Three Travel serves as an independent travel advisor and arranges travel services through third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, and destination experience partners.

All reservations are subject to supplier availability and confirmation.

Quotes are not guaranteed until the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed.

Travel pricing is subject to change until confirmed by suppliers.

Prices may fluctuate due to:

• Supplier rate changes
• Airfare increases
• Fuel surcharges
• Taxes and government fees
• Currency exchange fluctuations

Deposits are required to secure reservations.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Planning and professional service fees are non-refundable
• Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments according to supplier policies.

Hosted group trips, retreats, and curated experiences require additional planning and coordination.

For these experiences:

• Pricing is based on the published occupancy (such as double occupancy unless otherwise stated).
• Roommate requests will be honored whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
• Guests registering without a roommate may be paired with another traveler when appropriate. If no roommate is available, a single occupancy supplement may apply.
• Itineraries are carefully planned but remain subject to change due to weather, supplier availability, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Optional excursions are subject to availability and may require separate payment.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policies of the individual travel supplier.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Planning fees are non-refundable.
• Hosted trip deposits are non-transferable.

6 Thirty Three Travel is not responsible for financial losses resulting from:

• Personal cancellations
• Illness or medical emergencies
• Airline schedule changes
• Missed flights or missed connections
• Weather-related disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Government travel restrictions
• Supplier bankruptcy or operational changes

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Emergency evacuation
• Travel delays
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Supplier default

Travelers who decline travel insurance accept full financial responsibility for any losses associated with their trip.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including:

• Valid passport
• Required visas
• Government-issued identification
• Vaccination or health documentation (when required)
• Destination-specific entry requirements

Names on reservations must exactly match government-issued identification.

6 Thirty Three Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect documentation.

6 Thirty Three Travel acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• Airline delays or cancellations
• Hotel or resort service issues
• Transportation interruptions
• Supplier errors or omissions
• Accidents or injuries
• Theft or loss of personal property
• Acts of God
• Weather events
• Political or civil unrest
• Mechanical failures
• Any event beyond our reasonable control

Travel involves inherent risks, and participation is voluntary.

Guests are expected to:

• Arrive on time for all scheduled departures and activities.
• Treat fellow travelers, hosts, staff, and local communities with courtesy and respect.
• Follow local laws and customs.
• Conduct themselves in a manner that contributes positively to the group experience.

6 Thirty Three Travel reserves the right to remove any participant from a hosted experience, without refund, whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

Photos and videos may be captured during hosted trips, retreats, and curated experiences.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants grant permission for 6 Thirty Three Travel to use photographs and video footage for marketing, promotional materials, websites, email campaigns, and social media.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6 Thirty Three Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel services arranged on behalf of clients.

By participating in travel arranged through 6 Thirty Three Travel, travelers voluntarily assume the risks associated with domestic and international travel.

By submitting payment or using the services of 6 Thirty Three Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
